LIFE AMPHICON AND AMPHIBIAN RESEARCH PRESENTED AT THE EUROPEAN RESEARCHERS’ NIGHT

The annual European Researchers’ Night takes place at the initiative of the European Commission. It is  a Europe-wide public event that brings researchers closer to the public.

On September 24th, the main events took place at more than 50 venues (museums, institutes, schools, faculties) across Slovenia. The main topic of workshops, lectures and tours taking place as part of the event was water. LIFE AMPHICON project team from Ljubljansko barje Landscape park  participated in the event, presenting amphibian research in a hands on workshop that took place at  the Technical museum of Slovenia in Bistra. Many young and adult visitors took part in the workshop.
